Hi ,

Smoking, as long I don't have to breathe it is your choice. As long as we are

not hurting anyone else then we deserve choices.

Another one is the Pepsi. If " fat " people are not to be served certain foods,

how about drinks? Diet Pepsi, Diet Coke, etc. mostly all have additional

ingredients that are not found in Pepsi and Coke. They make a lot of people

sick. Is Congress going to make " fat " people drink things that make them sick

and not the fattening ones? Or do " fat " people not get to drink soft drinks of

any kind because they are not good for them? Or are restaurants not going to be

allowed to serve them? Is water the only recourse?

And again who makes the " fat " decision? Maybe government employees will be

hired to be at every restaurant, fast food place and grocery store so that our

tax dollars can pay for useless jobs to determine what each person should be

eating.

Ridiculous bill.

More than my 2 cents worth now, sorry. People regulating our choices annoys

me.

Take care,

Marti

Doesn't surprise me. they are slowly taking away all our rights. I'm a

smoker but a courtesyess one. I don't mind smoking outside away from others,

never smoke in any one home, and still we get shitka from the do gooders. Well

let them lose some of there rights. I have lost so much already. I'm sticking

with my smoking til I want to quit and drinking my fattening Pepsi. Can't do the

diet because the stuff they put in it makes me really sick. so here's to be a

little pudgy but happy and not hurting a soul but maybe myself.

Thanks.
