Guest guest
If I am still working, can I file? Is there any chance of getting it? I really find it hard to go to work most days. Just wondered. Thanks, Debra V. --------------------------------- Looking for last minute shopping deals? Find them fast with Yahoo! Search. Guest guest
Hi Debra V, I can actually answer this because I was with my Lawyer earlier this week and the subject came up. He tells clients that to go ahead and apply because by the time it gets through the system you will probably not be able to work. He said most people don't realize how long the process takes. I am at 4.5 years and FINALLY have a hearing on Feb. 8. I haven't been able to work since 2003 but I have other factors then just Fibro. He says that we h ave all our ducks in a row and that it should just be a formality for it to be approved. So, I would say yes, apply now because it's a long road!
