Sorry, I'm thinking " out loud " and its too late and I'm feeling too poorly for

this kind of thought.

The truth is that I've had the same diagnosis for the past 20 years, maybe

longer.

Too much stress.

In the end, that has truly been the source of all my 'physical' problems.

Yet here I sit in the middle of the night; " stressing " about my migraine and

other pains.

DUH!!!!!
