I had originally had it prescribed for nerve pain, but noticed the added benefit of not having any more panic attacks. (They were happening quite frequently!) Maybe it will help you in this way, too. Also, in answer to your question about trigger foods, my worst ones are tomatoes, spicy foods and oranges. Cyd I got > a nice script for nortriptyline which is helping break the cycle.
