I take flexeril in the evenings also; it helps with the muscle cramps

that are bad when I get up because I move so much in the bed.

Marti, and all:

A number of people on the list have mentioned using flexeril for

muscle spasms. For me, it always caused such brain fog and med head

that I begged for something that might have the same pos benefits, w/o

all the fog and she was able to put me on Skelaxin 800mg up to 4x day.

It's a wonderful alternative and seems to work even better than

flexeril (at least for me). Maybe it'll help someone else out there....

Cheryl M., my son used Skelaxin in combination with Mobic and it really

seemed to help him for a time. He got use to it and is now off all

meds and so far (fingers crossed) he is doing well. It was a wonderful

drug for him.

I have used flexeril in the past but when my provider found out I was

doubling up just to get relief, well, they switched me to robaxin.

I'll ask about skelaxin though because I still need to function

somewhat!
