Guest guest
I'm doing ok today. I've been dealing with the " trots " as my Grandma called them. I've been up several times all night and today. It started the night before. It could be a bug going around or it could be the ice cream I've eaten lately. Sometimes ice cream does it; other times it doesn't. Either way, something kicked the IBS into action. On the plus side, the MPS has much improved. It's not bothering me near as much other than just some pain. At least things aren't going numb anymore. I've got a headache again also but I don't think its a migraine. I think that it has to do with the awful winds we had the past 48 hours. They've finally died down so that probably means a new front is in and my sinuses are griping about it. I've been trying to talk myself into the shower for about 4 hours now but I'm just not moving. So that's my big plan for this afternoon. To drag my butt into the shower. LOL... Other than that, I'm in a decent mood today. Been doing better lately. I'm really trying hard to shake the depression and be more balanced and determined to get through all this. I'm on my own, I might as well accept that and get my fighting spirit back.
