Guest guest Posted November 27, 2002 Report Share Posted November 27, 2002 Hi Everyone - I have a few blanks in this list of meds for an elderly patient who suffers from multiple problems including heart disease, diabetes, stroke,arthritis, atrial fibrillation. At the time of admission his medications had included Coumadin, s/l *extrabitadin*, Advair, Lasix, allopurinol, s/l *repradol*, digoxin, s/l *diversed*, glyburide, Glucophage, and isosorbide.
