He says that even just sitting on it, gently bouncing helps to build up my core stength. Once I'm feeling stronger, I will try a few things where I won't fall off. LOL! Why do we gain so much weight? Is it our med.s or what. I know I need to do more but I am so unsteady when I walk. I used to be so skinny and now..... and I'm only 4' 10 " so it really shows. Oh what the hey, I'm 61 and getting old so if they don't like it, well too bad. I do the best I can. Venting crept in there God bless Little , huh. Marchelle: Hello, I'm new to the group, however, not to FM. I'm suffering from back and neck pain. What kind of ball do you have and where can I purchase it?
