Thank you so much Sharon,

Just knowing you care is all the help I need. I've had Fibromyalgia and CFS

since 1989 and have been dealing with all of it's effects since then. I have

other conditions too like so many people, but fibromyalgia is the worse. I have

the most intense pain in my left shoulder, neck and upper back with a lot of

other areas thrown in. Really the brain fog and fatigue bother me as much as

the pain. I hate not being able to think or make decisions.

Anyway the chemo is just another thing. I have bone cancer. I will have to

go to the hospital 3 days a week for about 2 to 3 months and have IV meds while

I lay in a recliner. Then someone will bring me home and stay with me. I had

Lukemia several years ago and so I know my stomach will be very upset and I will

do alot of vomiting. It also aggravates the fibro symptoms of course.

I am grateful that I have someone to stay with me and be with me. Last time I

was taken back and forth, but was by myself at home. I can't do it that way

again.

Thank you so much for writing. Saying you care is the only thing I need and I

really appreciate it. You said everything you could. Thanks again.

say to help you but I have never been on chemo, so I

really do not know anything about it. The only thing I

know about it is it is not easy to deal with and that

it makes a person very sick. I hope you feel better

after the chemo.

Marti,

I also care and do read your posts. It is just that I never know

what to say when someone is hurting so. I have no knowledge of

cancer or chemo-therapy so can't relate to it other than to know it

must be a terrible experience for you. I usually don't answer posts

unless I feel there is someway that I can help. Also, I am usually

between 100-200 posts behind. I have a large house to take care of

and I am not doing a good job on that either as I have slowed down so

much. I do wish you the best however and hope that what you are

going through isn't very painful for you. Please keep us posted as I

do follow your messages.

All you ever need to do for someone with Cancer or hurting some other way is

to care.
