Guest guest
Any one familiar with the group of hepotologists at Virginia Mason in Washington state? I am getting a referral from my PCP for a specialist there (not sure which one). Also during the visit with my PCP I was able to look at my blood work taken right before my ERCP on the 28th. My billi was 13.7, and my liver functions ranged from 250 – 550 (forgot what was what). During the ERCP I had a stint installed in the LH internal hepatic, with evidence of dilation through the left lobe and swelling in the main. Dec 23 was the first time I ever heard of this disease. I am taking 1500 mg urso (1000 in am, 500 in the pm). Since the procedure, the jaundice has pretty much went away but am still getting upper mild abdominal pain during the day, as well as mild fatigue. I am hoping my GI doctor will shed some light on my condition when I see him on the 20th. UC 91, PSC Dec 2005
