I personally don't FEEL like WE need to apologize because WE ALL suffer as

individuals and often alone.

I haven't been very attentive myself lately but hey I've been attempting to live

outside this group and for that I have no apology. YOU are Loved as YOU

and not who you might think we want you to be!

GOD Bless YOU ! ! ! . . . ............................ . . .

GOD grant me the serenityto accept the things I cannot change the courage to

change the things I canand the wisdom to know the difference.

Amen ! ! !

Sorry, not being attentive here

I'm sorry I'm not responding all the time to terrible occurrences I see posted

here. My prayers and best wishes go out to all those I've noticed, including

, , Debi from California, Debra, Debbie J, Lori H, Angie, Tigger,

Darlene and Jeanne and all the rest. I know there are more, but I can only scan

the messages so well, LOL. To our new members, I am fairly new myself. I bid you

all welcome. I've been feeling really cranky, and know part of the reason. I

noticed that during certain times my symptoms get crankier than others. I mean,

sure, there are symptoms that are always there, but during the month, I don't

know if it's just because I'm under forty or what, I have times when the pain

just gets unbelievable. I plan to go to the doctor this month to see what it is.

I honestly don't know for sure which one it could be, CFS, Fibro or Poly, which

it could be any of the three. My maternal grandmother was diagnosed with CFS

when she was 40, I'm about two years from there. She was diagnosed with Poly ten

years later. She's 90 now. My paternal grandmother also had poly, something I

didn't know. Unfortunately she passed away last summer at the age of 84 from

misdiagnosed liver cancer. I guess I'll have to ask if mine fits fibro or poly

more. I know I have all the symptoms of CFS, save one, without doubt. I don't

have all the symptoms of fibro, and have too many to have poly. These are as

listed on the arthritis foundation website, of course. If it is true, then

perhaps something can be done for me that OTC drugs doesn't manage. I've been

using OTC meds and methods for quite a while and they only work so well.

Sometimes I wish I had more, but I don't want to become too dependent either. Is

this something that concerns others here?

, you are going through so much. Just peek in now and then when you can.

We understand. I am glad you are going to a doctor. You have lived with this

pain for too long without any help. Ibuprofen does not touch this kind of pain.

I must admit that I am not able to read all the messages everyday. It is

partly a time factor and also days like today, I am getting tired already just

from sitting here. Just a cruddy day.

I sure hope you get some help and a diagnosis. My heart is with you.

love and hugs,

Debra V.

Hi - I don't know if having the correct " label " for your symptoms is

important or not. It would seem the treatments would be the same

regardless. I know you hate doctors, so I will pray that all goes well and

you are able to get something to help. I can't remember if you said you've

had a hysterectomy or not. I think maybe it was difficult pregnancies with

tubes tied after the last? So you still get a period? I found that being

on birth control pills to cut me down to 5 periods a year has done wonders

for my PMS. When I had monthly periods, I would be miserable the entire

week before and it continued right on through until the end of the period.

Well, that was half of every month I was miserable. Just something you

might want to consider. I wish you all the best and pray for you to get

some relief.
