Which brings up another oddity: if Congressional representation tracks

popular vote, and if Gore's edge would have been larger without Nader

running, how come the GOP kept the House? Does anyone happen to have a link

to a site with grand totals by party in the Congessional races?

Seems like Gore must have won more Republican votes than Bush won Democrat

votes.
