I am on 75 mg 2x a day. I am going to try to go on 75 mg once a day to see if I

am ok with that. My back is flaring right now but the Lyrica keeps the flares to

only once a week or so. The other days I have little pain. I hope your flares

clear up soon. Theresa in Tn

I haven't noticed any weight gain with Lyrica but then again, I'm a

Type 2 diabetic so have to watch my carb intake (that's what my doc

has me on, anyhow). In fact, I have dropped weight, but it's like

everything else, isn't it? One person will gain, one will lose, one

won't have any benefit, another one will. This disease is so blasted

insidious!

I am still having breakthrough pain during the day, but the doc gave

me naproxen, robaxin and darvocet to manage that. Usually the robaxin

will do the trick.

Maybe you need to go back to the lower dose of Lyrica? Did that help

your pain??? I thought it did mine but am now on the 150 mg. 2x a

day. I'll be glad when this flare is over, even though I know it may

not last long! My knees ache, my shoulders ache. It's as if

everywhere I ever had any kind of sports injury, that's what hurts!

Bet there's a connection there somewhere.....

I'm on day 5 of

Cymbalta, up from 30 mg to 60 mg now. Taking it in
