I always thought green tea was very good for us, too. It has antioxidants,

I think, or something else that's better for us than black tea. It's

supposed to be a healthy alternative to coffee, because it still has some

caffeine, but less than coffee. I suppose the caffeine does act as a

diuretic. I know if I drink a few glasses of iced tea, I do pee more

frequently, than if it were plain water.

Hi Jeanne,

It does have antioxidants in it that are good for you. I drink it everyday

and love it. I also drink some coffee just about every day. So I do drink

caffeine and it doesn't seem to have any affect on my fibro at all. I don't

drink a lot, but maybe 2 cups during the day. I love my coffee too. And yes I

do go to the bathroom a lot. I have to make sure I quit drinkig much of

anything pretty early in the evening so I won't have to get up in the night.

TTFN,

Marti
