I don't think it comes that way. I take generic hydrocodone too... but yes it still has tylenol in it. I have never seen it come without it. Look at the prescription bottle. It probably has a word called APAP on it which is a medical abbreviation for acetamenophin which IS TYLENOL. I just don't want anyone to overdo it and take Tylenol with their hydrocodone that already has tylenol in it. I could be wrong. They MIGHT make it like that.
