Guest guest
Here's the context: The patient had an adenosine dual isotope myocardial SPECT study with no evidence of ischemia or infarct. There was global hypokinesis with ejection fraction of 21%. However, the ejection fraction may be inaccurate from the gating/gaiting as patient had variable RR response during atrial fibrillation. I thought I had a note in my Lil Red Notebook about gating versus gaiting, but it's not there, and what I'm seeing in Stedman's Radiology/Oncology words isn't helping me decide which it should be.. gating or gaiting. Thanks in advance. Jan jantranscribes@... " Typing is my life. " " Whoever signs the paycheck makes the rules. "
