I can't really help you here; have never been to a rheumatologist. But I agree that a list of questions is a good idea, as well as a list of your symptoms. Goign there with a list of symptoms often goes better than walking in and saying " I have [insert name of disease here] " . If your doc can send a letter along with any thoughts or diagnoses, that would be good too.
