Guest guest
I have been thinking about this. It seems that I probably don't sleep well because I have to turn over more througout the night than I use to. It seems that just the pressure of the bed or my very soft couch makes my body very uncomfortable after just a few minutes. I then have to turn over or reposition. What is just a little pressure to most people is actual pain to us. I sleep pretty deep sometimes but I do sometimes remember having to turn over alot. (I obviously wake up to some extent when I turn). Added to the fact the pressure on my body makes me hurt, it also takes alot of energy for me to turn over. More than it takes the normal people. Just part of the problem with sleep and fibro. love, Debra V. --------------------------------- Never miss a thing. Make Yahoo your homepage.
