You will feel that way again! Hang on through this time, whatever is going on. That's been the hardest thing for me, remembering when I'm in a flare that there were times when I felt better (like yesterday) and that chances are I will feel better again. Sometimes they last several days or weeks and sometimes only a day, but they do turn into days that I live eventually. The one thing you can count on in this life is change. Whatever it is that is making you feel this way will change. That you can count on and then you will feel better again. I read the posts when you were feeling better, going out and walking and driving. You'll get there again.
