I lost 5 lbs.!!!!

I am so excited, I dropped 5 lbs. somehow in the last 5 days. Unless of course

the scale is broken, but it still counts!! I've just been replacing burgers

with sandwiches and cinnamon rolls with Cheerios.

Woo Hoo!!! Way to go! I am trying to psych myself up to working

harder on my eating habits...but when I don't feel well I turn around

and do a lot of eating...all of those comfort foods call me!
