OK here it is. I don't recall if this is the site I read it at or a different

one. But here is both the fact and the website address if you are interested.

Fingernail symptoms and fibroOddly enough,

people with fibromyalgia tend not to have the " half moons " at the base

of their fingernails, with the exception of the thumbs. Another

indicator with fingernails is if they have brittle, vertical ridges.

It was very weird to notice that I don't have any crescents on my finger nails,

just on my thumbs. Is this really a sign of Fibromyalgia. Where did this info

come from?

hands back in the 1980's, I can see that I was really able to grow

Thanks Angie. I have crescents on all my fingers but do have

fibromyalgia. Guess I am an odd one.
