Oh Tigger,

Maybe it is a RI thing. If I stay in bed , I have no bruises. Now walking around

is another thing. I'm not happy that you now have lupus. You probably had it

before but you know our tests take forever to tell the doc what they want to

know. My niece has lupus and a friend as well. It isn't fun and it is a hit or

miss with meds because it effects everyone differently. Kind of sounds like

fibro .

Today, my family dragged me to wally world. I walked down a couple of aisels and

saw a few friends and talked with them. Then I walked t5o the car. After that I

was exasted. I sat in the car while they went into stop and shop. After I ate

lunch I had to take a nap for 4hrs because I was exhasted. Oh what a wonderful

life I lead!!!

I have found it is far easier when I am in Wallyworld or Kroger, etc.

to utilize one of their scooters. They don't move fast, true, but

neither do we! That seems to help on my exhaustion level.

For stores that don't have the scooters, if DH is with me, he goes in

and gets what we need while I stay in the vehicle. I try to bring a

magazine or book or my crochet with me so I have something to do

while he shops....lol.....we're going to find a way to make it work!
