It can be expensive... buffets for me were a great experience after I began IE.

I didn't feel like I couldn't eat certain things, nor did I feel the need to

stuff myself or eat something just because I took it. I'm sure it's " wasteful "

to some, but for me buffets let me experiment without worrying over what I'd do

if I didn't like something.

It's good that you came up with a plan that worked for you.
