Guest guest
It can be expensive... buffets for me were a great experience after I began IE. I didn't feel like I couldn't eat certain things, nor did I feel the need to stuff myself or eat something just because I took it. I'm sure it's " wasteful " to some, but for me buffets let me experiment without worrying over what I'd do if I didn't like something. It's good that you came up with a plan that worked for you. > > so I am in a hotel from 3/ 4 days and i know myself. If I eat at the buffet, it is so triggering. > I might be able to control the need to try everything at that right time when I am serving food on a plate but at some point during the day, I would go insane. > So what am I doing to stay calm and eat just what I need to satisfy hunger levels? > I order breakfast as room service. > Yes, you end up paying way much more but it is a health reason... > It works.I only eat the healthy choices I made each morning. > lunch or dinner is different as I can get out but I found that arrangment workable to avoid overeating or binges from early in the am > > why is our issue so expensive? > > A >
