Guest guest
I bought one of those balls used for excersize and guess what. It helps me so much. Now I don't want anyone to see me crawl on the ball because I am sure I look a sight but I put it behind me on the floor, while I am on my knees and lean back and arch my back. I roll back and forth on it...lift my head....lift my legs....and it makes my back feel soooooo much better. I am 55, over 200 lbs and I can do it! Just thought I would mention this to anyone looking for some relief.

Before Christmas, I pulled out the old physical therapy exercises that I had in the early 90's to strengthen my back. They've helped a lot. BTW, I went to Curves in 2005 before my weight loss surgery. I weighed nearly 300, couldn't make it 1/3 of the way around, could barely stand or walk, could hardly do any reps on the machines, and had to use my cane. I must have been a sight. But I kept going and kept doing it and it really helped. Come May, it'll be a full year since my hernia surgery. Maybe I can start back at Curves. It's a lot more fun than all of the physical therapy exercises that I do now. We'll see. Z
Guest guest
That sounds funny the way you use the exercise ball. Is it one of the blow up kind or weight ball? I use both types at my gym. Also the ball under you while you roll back and forth on it? Thanks for the suggestion. Debbie J > > I bought one of those balls used for excersize and guess what. It > helps me so much.
