HI Jeanne,

My lab is Feb 12 to check my TSH. If it's high enough then they will

schedule my RAI treatment. My endo said it would outpatient, which is

less than 24hrs in the hospital. Same as the last time I had it in

2005. I was given the pill at 9am and sent home by 9am the next day.

I will be in strict isolation and no one can come in my room. Will have

a phone and TV but not much else. Anything I take in the room stays in

there except my clothes shut up in the closet. The only person I can

call is my husband since I don't have friends. Maybe my Avon rep, too.

Yes, Frisky had to stay in the hospital for a week. They had kitty

videos for her to watch, and toys and catnip for her to play with. I

suspect you will glow in the dark too.

And maybe if you're real good, they'll give you catnip. ;D

HI Jeanne,

Last time I had the RAI treatment it gave me heartburn and bouts

nausea for severel day. It doesn't mkae me sleep though.
