Present condition!!!

The past 2 days have been interesting! Monday dh went with me for a

couples meeting --- he had pissed me off the evening after last

meeting two weeks ago! Interesting, once she started getting info

from both of us, it is amazing HOW MANY YEARS this man pursued me!!!

And how many ways he did!! So, suddenly, I realized that while each

time there was a destruction of our relationship --- always caused by

misunderstandings (mostly, not all) between the two of us (oh, and

his presistence lasted 20 years -- marriage tossed in there for both

of us! That the poor guy does actually love me and is here for me and

always will be! I did catch him in one of his cute denials -- he

answered no to one of 's questions, but he had the funny

little smile he gets when he is telling a fib!!! When our hour was

up, the three of us were really laughing --- mostly it is the way we

connect and me finally needing someone to point out that nothing was

going to stand between us no matter how long it took! Then we left

there, hit EVERY electronics store in one big shopping area to see if

I could find a new laptop --- I am so feed up with spending more and

more money on the Dell. Finally found a Toshiba and yesterday I

dropped of my Dell so they can down load everything I have on it!

Then of course, since we were SO close to and Noble AND I WAS

DESPERATE for reading material, I add 5 or 6 new books -- one is

almost completed. Then we used his sister's Christmas gift card for

dinner at the Outback! I forgot we had the card and was NOT going to

order my fav, but then he pulled the card out and gee, it almost

covered the entire bill!

Yesterday, I had scheduled a hair cut -- desperate for a good one and

the luxury of a manicure! Also dropped the old laptop off. And then

I was home. Was up for a while --- naturally TRYING to get logged on

to desktop to see the obits --- God must have given my friend so much

strength that she is not ready to leave --- I was going to say that

her flowers could be blooming, but they had snow last week, so that

had nothing to do with it. Finally got phone # for one classmate --

she is also watching as she wants to be at the service as I am pretty

certain others in our class do also.

Then when desktop decided not to work, I crashed until about 11pmish

and then was up until nearly six --- despite a sleeping pill!

Oh, and have to also say that have had dreams past two nights --- one

my friend Kasey was in it and we were laughing and having a good time

like we did in the past! Then just before noon when I got up today,

I had another dream about her sister and she said something as close

to swearing as she does about her brother in law.

I fixed 2 boxes of books to send to aunt, finally found something to

try to send nephew in China his package --- said you can call it

Valentine's Day, St. Paddy's day, V-E day as those ticker tape

parades in NYC were really to mark the birth of your Aunt , 4th

of July or last year's birthday, early birthday --- what ever.

Also have massage scheduled for tomorrow and another one with the

therapist who does such great deep tissue ones.

And when my husband told me about the new law being discussed about

not serving " fat " people, I could not believe it. Nor could I

believe at Outback that they asked if we wanted smoking or non

smoking --- I said " This is Allegheny County " you can't do that ---

seems that lasted only 12 hours!!! Can't do that in the Steelers

town, the bar patrons probably stormed the city and county leaders

protesting that!!! I thought prohibition ended in the late 20's or

30's!!!!

Well, I will see if the mail man has been yet and then I have to go

take another long winter's nap --- that's a joke, we are getting

rain, rain, rain and more rain!!!!
