Guest guest
Hi again - I finished the book (it's pretty short) and am here with a " mini " review. While some of the tips mirror those we've seen before in books like IE and others, it really does offer what it says is does: practical methods for dealing with emotional eating. The writer's goal was to put together a collection of actionable exercises that she has learned to help put shape around many of the tenets of IE in general. I'm really excited to try some of them and recommend this, especially since it's a bargain! I have a kindle so bought in on Amazon, and you can download Kindle software to your computer for free and read it that way if you don't have an e-reader. I'd love to hear other thoughts if anyone else reads it! - Casey
