Hi Lona,

When I worked back in 2005 and started to really feel the pains, I

started to miss alot of work. I didn't put on my app. anything about

this cause I figured at that time it was just alittle back pain. In

started to get worse and my boss took me to the office and asked me to

get my doctor to fill out a form for medical release from work. I did

that and they held my job for a year, I could of made them hold the job

longer by having my doctor fill out more formsbut, I knew I wasn't able

to do the work and told them to take me off the employee list. They ask

several times if I was sure, I just looked at them funny because that

was a bad day for me and I could barely walk and they wanted to make

sure. OH PLEASE is all I wanted to say or ARE YOU BLIND? They could

clearly see the pain I was in but kept asking.
