Guest guest
Melody just wondered u won't admit, but u kind of give it away, have u tried for fibro pain? Because as much as I remember my teenage days looooong ago, it was just a laugh and sleep, but cause I eie not have the PAIN I do now, come to think of it had none at all, Oh for those days back. But just curious if U think it would help with fibro Pain because I would be tempted to try it,there is a town Up here in Maine that it is legal to smoke with or without a Srcript, I saw it on T.V couple yrs ago, I would have to try and find it though I think it is a few hrs away from me almost Canada. But there always is Ca.? I lived there also, and daughter still there, but would probably have to become a resident before finding a supporter in prescribing. Anyway today the name of the game is each finding there own med that works, I have not been able to tolerate alot of what everyone else is on. So Melody are you going to tell us whether u have used it for pain or not and it worked? Come ON No secrets when it comes to Pain relief someone else may get. Melody wrote: I don't frown upon it. I won't 'admit' to anything but it's a wonder drug for pain. If you ask me, it should be legal for fibro relief. THere isn't anything like it! I wish it was legal here, I'd have some today! mommy3xkittell wrote: > I know I will probally got lots of negitive replys to this but right > now Im desperate and dont really care. > > I know most people will " FROWN " upon this because it is illegal in most > states but I need to know. While it is wonderful to share our experiences with everyone on the list as to what treatments do and don't work for us, pls always check with your dr. Also, it is not uncommon for more than one member to be feeling bad at the same time when it comes to flares and b/c of that potentially take something another member says the wrong way. And that includes the things that one member may find funny (even if it's laughing at fibro itself) even though we who deal with illness whether one such as fibro or multiple illnesses try to keep a sense of humor. > > 5. Guest guest
***Note from Co-Owner: Let's be careful with this particular thread as the nature of this thread is already embroiled in controversy as it is. *** Well like I said I don't want to admit to anything because we never know if the fbi or police is secretly reading my emails, and I say that in a joking way but I am overly cautious and paranoid about what I post online. There are over 1500 members here so I'm ultra paranoid about posting something about what I've done and when. Just know it helps the pain. And I wish it was legal here in TX. And if you ever get a chance to watch this show on Showtime called In Pot We Trust, it's a must see. It truly shows people with debilitating diseases finding relief from pot. One woman with CP has a hard time talking because her jaw/mouth would palsy up during speech. She would smoke and then was able to speak more normally. Another woman, middle aged, was suffering from MS and found relief from the pain. It's been airing on showtime, not sure if/when they will show it again but here is a link for the showtime page about it. http://www.sho.com/site/announcements/20070611inpot.do sharon studley wrote: > Melody just wondered u won't admit, but u kind of give it away, have u tried for fibro pain?
