I think that really helps us to keep going with it. And just to know that it will not be a magic 'cure' that it will take time & patience with ourselves to really have it become 'natural'. Yes, there are still many days when I face 'resistance' too. I think it is just a part of the process, as well. I'll let you know more about Breaking Free when I've read it. I won't get it for a week or two. If anyone else has read it, maybe they can share in the meantime. mj ps, if you want a really specific book, see if your library has Intuitive Eating - a revolutionary program that works by tribole & resch.
