Wow! 17 there today? It is 28 here and I thought that was bad. I went out to

feed the birds and froze my nose. LOL! Now next week is supposed to be warm

again and going to 66 by Wednesday. What a change. I will feel the front coming

in, but at least I can get my Christmas decorations and lights down without

being frost bitten.

I just found out the Philly Flower Show is March 2 through 9 and I am pumped up

to go. I try not to miss it. Once I went with the flu all ploughed under by

cold meds. LOL! Talk about being in a fog.

Boy I wish I could lose weight on my meds. I sometimes forget to eat too, but it

hasn't helped me any. I only gained about 2 or 3 pounds over the holidays, thank

goodness. I read that Lyrica makes you gain weight. Kill me now! LOL! It is not

that it increases the appetite, but people on it just eat more. Yesterday I hit

the treadmill and walked one mile. Not that much but something at least. I will

try it again tomorrow and do a little more. Actually, I am not that heavy. I am

a size 12. But a size 10 would be nice. My clothing would just hang a bit nicer

then.
