Guest guest
I am so with you on this one. I now have hip pain, constantly needing to reposition for one part of the body or another, and it is a big Task inch by painfull inch these days. And trying to do this with CPAP, I have given up wearing it lately, as seems to just interfere, I know probably not good, but sleep comes hard and don't need any added aggrevation now. Tomorrow I start the vitamin b-12,was going to start today but it was afternoon when I remembered. I dont wanna take it to late in the day and not be able to sleep @ night. debra van ness wrote: I have been thinking about this. It seems that I probably don't sleep well because I have to turn over more througout the night than I use to. It seems that just the pressure of the bed or my very soft couch makes my body very uncomfortable after just a few minutes. I then have to turn over or reposition. What is just a little pressure to most people is actual pain to us. I sleep pretty deep sometimes but I do sometimes remember having to turn over alot. (I obviously wake up to some extent when I turn). Added to the fact the pressure on my body makes me hurt, it also takes alot of energy for me to turn over. More than it takes the normal people. Just part of the problem with sleep and fibro. love, Debra V. --------------------------------- Never miss a thing. Make Yahoo your homepage.
