Not that I didn't already know it...but apparently it really plays into my eating! We are at my parents summer place in Indiana (came down here Friday) and my daughter and her family came down Friday night for the weekend. They just left a little bit ago and as soon as they left, my husband just chose to go take a nap. We are down here for him to do some re-doing in one of the bathrooms for my parents, and I wanted him to get started. I was so annoyed that the first thing that came to mind was to eat. Am I hungry? NO. What am I feeling? Frustrated! He's not going with my plan. I wanted to eat, although I am not hungry and when I realized that I wasn't hungry, my thought was " Well, I don't know what else to do with these feelings. " So, poor reader, you get to hear about my feeling frustrated!!!But, you know what? Now I feel better and am ready to go read my book! And I didn't eat anything!So now, I have to spend some time examining how " in control " I always think that I have to be. I don't like that part of myself! And I'm sure that others don't either! Have any of you had to deal with this aspect of your eating?
