Guest guest
It is the " bad vibes " and intuitive messages that help our survival. Unfortunately, well established institutions, the media, the church yada yada yada want us to ignore our intuitive messages for their own gain. Guest guest
Hey Apple, I just had to say something after reading the past several post you have sent out,and that is I am proud of your courage to face these assholes and go through the process. I only wish I would have the same courage in 1986, when a similiar situation happened to me. I was raped and held by knifepoint but managed to escaped by jumping out of 2 story window and sliding down the support top of a porch and I ran down the middle of the street naked and did not care who saw me--I was hoping to hit by a car I guess, but was picked up and taken to hospital and the cops acted as though I had " asked " to be raped!!! They found my clothes, purse and this creeps knife all in his backyard (of the house he raped me in). They said since I had just left a bar and was recently separated from my husband it would look bad on me. I was so traumatized that I dropped all charges and just went back to drinking and drugging to cover the feelings up. My hat is off to you for having the courage to do the right thing. If I had it too do over again, I would go through the process also. Jeannie
Guest guest
Yeah I know it sounds like something from a movie--unfourtunately it is not. I remember when he held the knife to my throat my 1st thought was,--this has got to be a dream about one of those True Stories stories I used to read at that time! Guest guest
Hey thanks Jeannie: It's tough going to the cops in such situations because a lot of cops have that same thirst for power & authority that rapists have, though they satisfy their thirst in different ways. The rapist by overpowering people outside of the law, the cop by exerting power over others within the law. I applaud your courage in getting away. Sounds like a scene from a movie.
