Guest guest
Seb-derm sufferers: How do you know if you have it? I have lately noticed a lot of flakiness both on my face and particualrly around my hairline and eyebrows. I tried someone from this group's suggestion of washing with watered down Nizoral shampoo and my skin looked a lot better afterwards, fewer flakes and less red. I have been on minocycline about 5 weeks and wonder if this has caused the problem. Isn't seb-derm a fungal problem? How often can you wash your face with the nizoral? I was given the Nizoral about a year ago for dandruff and told to use 2X a week on my scalp, but no one ever said I had anything but rosacea on my face. Should I follow the same recommendation for facial washing? Thanks for any info! JE
