I have been using the A/R cream (www.purpleemu.com) since march this

year, and have had the best results ever in the last 10 years.

Here´s what I do that has worked to clear up my redness:

Morning: wash with Zia fresh cleansing gel

Apply Clinique City Block 15spf or 25spf (which i purchased recently)

this sunscreen is tinted and helps a lot!!

Nite: Apply very small amount of jojoba oil on wet face and let dry

for about 10-15 minutes

Then apply a also very small amount of A/R cream. I usually alter

between using the A/R cream a couple nites, then one nite I apply

desitin zinc ointment instead of the A/R.

For all it´s worth, its helped a lot for me!!

I also have had terrific success with the A/R cream. I've used it for spot

treatment for a few months now. But, recently I discovered that I can

accually prevent pimples and bumps by using a small amount of it every night

in my cea areas. I always apply it on top of my moisturizer, however, or

else it can be irritating. (A/R cream is available from www.purpleemu.com)
