PCP appointment this morning.

I went to my PCP appointment this morning. He got the reports from the

ER from Friday. He ordered another cardiogram, and then gave me two new

prescriptions 1) Imdur 30 mgs. and 2) Nitroquick .4. He also referred

me to a Heart Specialist. I have an appointment with the Heart

Specialist for January 29, 2008 at 1:20 P.M.
