You have to limit your " sweets " intake to 75 calories. You are free to

use these 75 calories at any time of the day and any way you want :)

Hi, folks.

Almost every time I eat, I find I crave something sweet at the end of a meal. I've tried not having it because I'm not hungry, but I'm left feeling unsatisfied. So I try, when I can, to leave room at the end of a meal for that sweet something. But I'm not always able to calibrate when I should stop eating my meal so that I have room for a bite of sweet, and sometimes I end up having it on top of an already full stomach. It might be ice cream, an apple, a cookie, a piece of chocolate or even some orange juice, depending on what I crave, as long as it's sweet. I do worry that this amounts to overeating.

Anyone else experience this?
