You are free to use these 75 calories at any time of the day and any way you want Hope this helps! Guest guest Posted April 17, 2011 Report Share Posted April 17, 2011 Hi, folks. Almost every time I eat, I find I crave something sweet at the end of a meal. I've tried not having it because I'm not hungry, but I'm left feeling unsatisfied. So I try, when I can, to leave room at the end of a meal for that sweet something. But I'm not always able to calibrate when I should stop eating my meal so that I have room for a bite of sweet, and sometimes I end up having it on top of an already full stomach. It might be ice cream, an apple, a cookie, a piece of chocolate or even some orange juice, depending on what I crave, as long as it's sweet. I do worry that this amounts to overeating.
