Guest guest
Hi Everyone Today for the first time in over a year maybe two my nose didn't look and feel like I'd covered it in Olive oil, and when I touched it my fingers were dry. So what have I done. Well for the last three days:- First of all I joined this group and have read as many of the archives as I can. Next I've started to drink at least 3 litres of water per day, difficult at first but I'm geeting used to it. Next I've not drunk any,(well one per day) hot drinks and I've had no ,(yep none) alcolhol. Next I tried the Roscae Ltd Brown tablet, just once, (this morning infact). I've not cut down on carbohydrates though as I'm a coeliac and I need to replace the CHO's I missing in cereals. Which action caused the reduction in oil I don't know. It may be just one of them, maybe the R ltd tablet or maybe a combination of all them. As it's only three days since I started I realise as well that it may just be a normal periodic reduction (although I've not noticed one before). Any way I just thought I'd let you all know. Unfortunately my nose, cheeks, neck, and forehead, are still as red as ever but Ill keep on trying. Anyway I'll let you all know how I get on and whether the oil comes back. Byes for now and thanks, P
