Tina,

If you are like me and flush during any sweat-inducing aerobic

exercise, I recommend forestalling such activities until your intense

pulsed light sessions are complete. Dr. Nase contraindicated

performing any activities that might incite a flush during PhotoDerm

therapy, and I believe that it is in our best interest to heed

his advice. Additionally, if one spaces the PhotoDerm sessions

according to Drs. Nase and Bitter's recommendations, viz., three to

four weeks apart, even in an extreme case of ten treatments, you can

be finished with PhotoDerm in less than seven months. Also, I advise

against the moderate exercise plan that you suggest, as any elevation

in body temperature is likely to induce some degree of flushing, even

if not blatantly apart.

Nevertheless, after completing your PhotoDerm sessions, which, if

properly administered, should take a substantial chunk out of your

propensity to flush, I implore you to resume aerobic exercise! As

I've written previously, having a healthy, trim body is at least as

important to me as having a non-red face.

Hope that helps,

Mark
