Know it well Before Provigil, I would fall asleep mid sentence or mid class while standing, when I was still teaching (I fell and knocked my front tooth out) and as you said the worse one, while driving. It was dx several years ago after a sleep study, which showed I have sleep apnea too. > HI Marti, Thanks for sharing your story about narcolepsy. Sounded quite rough what you went through. I do see and Endocrinologist who takes care of my thyroid cancer. He told me to stop it about 3 weeks ago so my TSH would go up to at least 30. That would make me true hypothyroid. Tomorrow will have a bunch of lab done and one is to check my TSH and few other things. If my TSH is high enough I will get my cancer treatment. hugs, Debbie J > So that's my Narcolepsy story that you didn't ask for and really didn't need, but I tend to run off at the mouth. I'm glad you don't have it and am sure, since I take Synthroid too, that it is the thyroid that is making you feel this way. I forgot why you were to stop taking it? Was it your blood tests? And you're not seeing an Endocrinologist? It sounds like you need to take it, if this is the way you feel without it. > > Blessed be, > Marti > > > > > --------------------------------- > Never miss a thing.
