I NEED HELP ON GETTING TO LEARN MY WAY AROUND THIS SITE. I DON'T KNOW HOW

TO POST I GUESS WITHOUT JUST RESPONDING LIKE I AM NOW TO A E-MAIL. I AM IN A

RAGING FLARE-UP AND AFFECTED IN MY THINKING PROCESS ALONG WITH OTHERS, SO HOPE U

CAN BE PATIENT WITH HELPING ME TO FIGURE HOW I COMMUNICATE WITH THE SITE, AND

UNDERSTAND HOW U GO PRIVATE OR JUST ON POST. BUT LET ME SAY THIS I HAVE BEEN IN

FLARE-UP FOR 2MO'S NOW AND FOUND U TODAY, AND FOR ALL U OLD TIMERS I WON'T RUN

AWAY AS I FEEL THIS IS WHAT I NEED AS RIGHT NOW IT IS MY ONLY COMMUNICATION AND

NO ONE IN MY WORLD EXCEPT 1 FRIEND UNDERSTANDS THIS IS REAL, AND MY PAIN IS

REALLY REAL. BUT PLEASE HELP ME TO LEARN HOW TO GET AROUND TO STAY IN TUNE WITH

HELP AS I ONLY SEEM TO COMMUNICATE THRU RESPONDING TO THE WHOLE GROUP REPLYING

TO E-MAILS WHICH I BELIEVE I READ U SAY THERE IS A BETTER WAY, I DON;T HAVE A

WEBSITE, AND DO DEAL WITH YAHOO. I DON'T KNOW IF I CAN GET A WEBSITE CAN U TELL

ME HOW, AND TO

VISIT OTHERS THAT HAVE THEM. I HAVE HAD RESPONSE ALREADY FROM A MEMBER WHO HAS

LIGHTENED ME ALREADY THANKYOU FOR BEING AVAIL TO US THAT SUFFER FROM AN UNDER

ESTIMATED DISEASE BECAUSE PEOPLE ON THE OUTSIDE THINK WE LOOK ALRIGHT FROM THE

OUTSIDE.

This will be a bi-weekly returning mail so after you LEARN it then just hit the

delete button. However it wouldn¢t hurt you to read it every now and then again

as a refresher! I am doing this so all new members will be able to see it.

We are losing a lot of members for 3 reasons! #1 the amount of mail we receive!

#2 If they join and we are all in flares and the group looks depressing they

leave without giving us a chance.

#3 If it happens to be a good time and they see us all joking and cutting up

they think we aren¢t serious and not what they are looking for.

I will say all in all if they have what it takes to be a part of this FAMILY

then they will not tuck their tail and run for any reason! Now I will get onto

the reason of this mail! Some explanations and INSTRUCTIONS that will help all

and especially the new members!

Dear New ones,

First welcome to our Family but please Understand we are a LARGE FAMILY!

Therefore the amount of mail you receive can be overwhelming. DO NOT JUST LEAVE

US!! You do have several options to help with this. You can be set to daily

digest. That is where you will receive 1 mail with 25 e-mail in one. Then you

can scan the top see what you are interested in reading go to that number and

read. Some when reading through the digest will write the number of the post

down that they want to reply to then go back and reply to each either individual

or all on one post. Depending on the day you can receive from 2 to 6 digests a

day. The downfall of digest is you miss a lot of posts. If they have a graphic

attached or such then they will not appear in the digest it will tell you it was

deleted due to graphics or attachments NON-TEXT items.

If digest is still to much you can be set to only Special Notice. Then you would

just log into the site and read the mail there. The only time you would receive

a mail is if someone had to send a special notice. Unless it¢s by accident you

would only receive an e-mail from ADMIN! You also have the option of NO MAIL

however we prefer you at least stay at Special Notice so if we needed to reach

all urgently.

THE POINT IS PLEASE DON¢T JUST RUN AWAY!!!! If you can¢t set things your self

then just e-mail One of us Owners or a Moderator. It will be taken care of for

you. Please do understand that Yahoo does not always do things immediately.

Sometimes it takes up to 2 days to catch up with changes so please be PATIENT.

Also PLEASE if you are answering an e-mail just copy a line or 2 from the

original so all know what you are answering and then add your message. PLEASE

DELETE ALL THE GARBAGE! Mails get to be 3 or 4 on one and it gets very confusing

to understand ESPECIALLY for us that are on digest! Delete the headers, the bulk

of the mail, and the footers & yahoo junk at the bottom.

ALSO PLEASE if the string on the mail changes PLEASE, PLEASE change the subject

line to reflect the change.

AND PLEASE understand this is a very large group/family and it is easy to miss

an e-mail or question. IF YOU FEEL NEGLECTED then please just say so, don¢t take

offense. Just bring it to our attention that you was needing help and you were

not heard. We have a lot of repeat headings such as Question Please. And it¢s

easy to think it is an old mail string that we have already answered and

overlook it. We are ALL sick and HUMAN we make mistakes. Please be unique with

your headers it will be easier to be seen. Like DIPPITY DO GOT A QUESTION or

KNOCK KNOCK ANSWERS PLEASE! Make it catchy and easier to see. Also if you ask

your question in answer to another thread then there is a REAL BIG possibility

that you will be looked over and missed. So please always make sure that you

send your own personal requests don¢t just hit the reply button. Or if you do

hit reply then erase the existing header/subject line and e-mail and add your

own.

We all get flares and for some reason we all seem to go into them at the same

time a lot. So tension can run high. Please don¢t get offended and ALL please

try to be nice NO MATTER WHAT BE NICE! If you have a problem with another member

please don¢t slam them then run and leave us. Please e-mail admin or contact one

of us personally. We will help you to solve the problem.

If we are all feeling bad the group can seem very depressing to a new comer.

They run away please don¢t do that we are NOT a depressing group. Sometimes a

new member will come in and see all of us joking , cutting up and posting jokes

and think we aren¢t serious and run off without giving us a chance. When if you

will just stick around for awhile you will see the group is neither one all the

time. We have an abundance of Info, WE have WONDERFUL Support, And we LOVE ALL

members. WE ARE A FAMILY! But PLEASE remember even in family¢s things aren¢t

always wonderful and tiffs occur. Just please be respecting. Please do not air

your arguing on the group if you have a problem then take it to personal mail

OFF the group. If you care to discuss Religion or Politics TAKE IT OFF LIST! Yes

feel free asking for prayer and letting someone know you are praying for them.

Other than that please refrain as we have many different types people on the

group and we

love all. I am a Pastor I do not hide that from anyone and will talk or counsel

any off list that ask me. However Religion on list just does NOT WORK we know

because it almost killed this group twice in the past. So we ask that you keep

it off line. You will notice below my signature that there are 3 links #1 is my

Church where a Sermon is posted each Sunday Morning and bible study mid week or

any time. #3 is my World Wide Prayer Chain. Please feel free to join the Church

and worship from home and/or join the Prayer Chain post prayers and be a prayer

warrior for others! Anyone else that have sites please do add your links to the

link section of the group and feel free to add them to the bottom of your

e-mails. We all have to have money and live so if you make money by the web and

you are a member in good standing then let us know. Write a ONE TIME post

telling us about it

and then place that info in the files section of the main site so all can find

it that wish. However if you have just JOINED PLEASE GIVE US TIME TO GET TO KNOW

YOU or you will be considered a spammer and automatically banned. We have a NO

TOLERANCE POLICY! If you place info in the file section and you have your link

on your e-mail add below it for more info see the file section and add a link to

your file. To do that where your file is at click in the address bar to

highlight it and then right click and click copy then in your tag below where

you say see file section right click and hit copy. You can also copy by

highlighting then pressing CTRL & C at the same time and past by pressing CTRL &

V at the same time. If you need help with any of it let someone in admin know we

will help you! You can make a signature that will appear on every letter you

send automatically.

We also have 2 contests a month one is for Person of the month, the other for

site of the month. Each month you can nominate someone by sending a note to one

of us in admin with the person you wish to nominate. You will have 1 week to do

this. The last week of each month for the following month. On the 1st we will

stop taking nominations. Same for Site of the month. So if you have a site make

sure it is on your e-mails so all have a chance to see it. When we have the

nominations we will post a poll with all the names and all the sites that were

nominated and you will have one week to vote. The Person & the Site with the

most votes will be that months winner. You will get an award for that month that

you can add to your site, e-mail, desktop or where ever you wish! Please DO NOT

post your nominations to the group. There will be a mail that will come out each

election time with the address to send your nominations to. Then you will be

told when the poll is

up and please all go and vote. IT IS YOU that decide the winners not us!

However it will be private no-one will know who you nominated or voted for who

except admin if you do it right. Occasionally we may have an Admin contest where

you can vote for your favorite Admin person! You can only win person or site of

the month once every 6 months. So please all ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!
