Well I've sat here for three hours reading older posts, I read them ALL

and now caught up to where I was last night. I'm now going to get off

this thing and do my yoga and floor stretches, and if I'm up for it I'll

do my 'around the inside of the house' walk/jog thing I do. I'll tell

you the truth, I hate working out. But when I'm done I never regret

having done it. It's just hard to feel motivated to actually start

doing it.

I need to stop neglecting my Texas group and do some work in there

today, I've gotten so bad about that. I'm a lousy group owner there,

that's for sure. I'm going to pass it on to someone else because I just

don't think I can run it anymore.

I also mod two other groups so the afternoon I'll spend working on those

too. I'll try to pop in tonight sometime after tv time and see how

everyone is. If there are any urgent requests for support and you feel

alone and like nobody replies, please PLEASE email me privately and I

will get to that one first. I tend to fall behind a LOT and sometimes

don't find those posts til it is either too late or the damage is done.
