In Stedman's, I found that LT stands for lunotriquetral. There is a

lunotriquetral shear test. Unfortunately, I don't see anything like " shear

and shock. " Still looking....

LT compression, s/l SHEAR AND SHOCK

Patient has ulnar pain and possible CTS. Dictator says, " She has slight

pain with LT compression and S/L SHEAR AND SHOCK but not dramatic. "

Not sure what the LT means, either, but the SHEAR AND SHOCK I don't think

I'm

hearing correctly. Another difficult dumped dictator. Thank you.
