I have pain in my knees frequently. I don't recall ever having knee injuries.

But I have heard many say that the places they have injured in the past seem to

harbor the most pain in a fibro flare.

My knees will ache around the area. To the sides of the knees. Luckily, it

only got bad once. As of now, it is like severe aching. I imagine yours is

unbearable the way you describe it. I so hope you get to feeling better honey.

This damn cursed disease makes no since. I hate it.

love and hugs,

Debra V.

Debra,

thank you. I think the same thing regarding prior injuries and where

we tend to flare. The worst flare (which we thought was a mono

recurrence) was in December. EVERYTHING hurt, even my hair! It just

seems odd that this happens; it's the 3rd time that I have woken up

from a sound sleep with my knees in total agony. I know that when I

get up, DH doesn't fall back to sleep but I'm truly trying to keep

him from hearing me moan in pain. I try not too, but man it hurts!

I think right now I have some inflammation in my knees. They look a

little swollen, but then again, I have an appt with a vascular guy

because after my hospital stay, they believe I have blockages in my

lower extremities. I think once that is taken care of, maybe it won't

be so bad....I can only pray!

((Hugs)))
