I cried about that for literally weeks. Just looking at my son brought me to tears. Shortly after that, there were two more reports through the US of babies left to die or to have serious injury by being left in a hot car. One mom went into a house to get something and fell asleep... an hour and a half later, her baby was dead. The other went in a store to pay a bill and 30 mins later the police had surrounded her car. Babies are just too precious. >> , I saw something about that one in NY, on Oprah, saying about how the father had been Sleep Deprived....... It is VERY sad....You are right they are too precious, and to me, only an idiot would do something like that.....even for a " few minutes " And after Lexi locking herself in the car, she will NEVER be allowed in, or around the car again, unless someone is around, it is just to easy for something bad to happen...... Like when people had to get rid of Fridge's because of the Freeon, There was a kid who died, from playing around it, and got in the fridge, and couldn't get out, and died..... It is TOO easy for something bad to happen to kids, and then for parents to WILLFULLY do something that could endanger the kids is horrifying to me..... So sad....
