Battling BOTH seb derm & rosacea..?

If you have both seb derm and rosacea how do you treat it? If you

take antibiotics for the rosacea bumps, wouldn't that promote yeast

that would make the seb derm worse? Not sure which problem I have

that is worse...the seb derm causes my forehead to flare like mad

with all little bumps and dry skin. I also get sores near my

hairline and in my scalp that really hurt and take forever to go

away. My forehead suffers most though, itchy!

I am using just Curel gentle foaming cleanser and emu oil to try to

calm my skin down. Of course I want the breakouts gone, but I can't

seem to use much on my face without a flare.

Should I be using a certain type of shampoo to help with the seb

derm? And in treating the seb derm will my rosacea get better?

Also considering trying that oxygen cream at some point, though does

it help seb derm too?
