Also one could use one of those pill containers for morning, noon, night, etc,

so you don't have to deal with the bottles.

I saw something on tv about an invention aimed mostly for the elderly

but would work for us too. It's this little matt thing that holds your

meds, and when you pick the bottle up, that registers on a little

computer so you can track what you took. But I guess that may not work

if you pick a bottle up to read the label but didn't take it.

Sometimes in the morning I'll pull all the pill bottles down to the

counter, then after I take what I need I put the bottle back up in the

cabinet.
