Pain in right shoulder and back... bad and getting worse

I was just sitting here earlier and my 10 year old walked in the room. I said

" give me a hug sweetie " .... she bent over and her chin touched my shoulder and I

thought I would hit the ceiling. It feels like someone has beat me there with a

hammer. My knees hurt too and I have that horrible ache everywhere.

I hate this disease. I wish the NY Times person that wrote that article which

spawns more doubt about this illness could shove it up her_ _$.
