Debbie,

I believe you are correct as far as the type of teas; I had always

read and thought that green tea had many beneficial things to it -

its an antioxidant and has other properties that help. I'm not a tea

drinker though, just know that caffeinated beverages and diet drinks

are natural diuretics (so iced tea and hot regular tea probably

count).
